In my last day in Bangkok I went to a place with some of the most amazing views I have ever seen...the Sky Bar at the Sirocco. It appears in The Hangover 2, when you enter the terrasse you have to hold your breath...it really feels like flying!
En mi último día en Bangkok fui al Sky Bar del Sirocco. Un sitio incrreíble con unas de las vistas más impresionantes que he visto en mi vida. Aparece en la peli "The Hangover 2" y se ha hecho bastante popular por ello, aunque no había mucha gente. La foto de arriba la hice de strangis porque sólo permiten hacer fotos desde el bar (al fondo), es un saliente en la nada que te da la auténtica sensación de estar volando...
I spent hours amazed, hypnotize by the beauty, the power the endless city that I could see bellow me...It was impossible not to feel content up there! I didn´t want to leave...so I stayed around 3 hours watching how the city was reaching the night little by litte...
Me quedé horas hipnotizada, observando atentamente esa ciudad de dimensiones inabarcables sumiéndose lentamente en la noche. Era imposible no sentirse emocionada ahí arriba, no sentir la magnitud y la energía que desprenden las ciudades asiáticas hoy en día...auténticos motores que hacen girar el planeta.
So, if you go to Bangkok, don´t miss this place...grab a Hangovertini and spend some hours enjoying the amazing views!
